indugence

social networking such as facebook and myspace have become intrinsic to the development of global human culture. they allow viral information dispertions across the world in a few seconds.

take music for instance. if a producer creates a beat he can upload it to his myspace page within a few seconds. another producer from halfway around the world will hear it and be inspired to make his own beat. this beat he will post up on his myspace page, and the cycle keeps snowballing... not only this but the two producers may get in touch with each other and begin to collaborate through cyberspaces....

this model of social and cultural progression can be applied to all of the arts and basically anything involving the sharing of information i.e. the essence of life and evolution.

the only problem with social networking is the sheer amount of shite you have to wade through to get too the good shit.
